1. About us

Santa Just Called (santajustcalled.com) is provided by Deadly Digital Studios Limited, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI733066), registered office 76 Glen Road, Garvagh BT51 5DF (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@santajustcalled.com.

2. What you're buying

A short personalised video of Santa in a photo of your room, speaking a message we write from the details you choose, plus any extras included in the package you buy. The video is created with artificial intelligence from your photos; it is a piece of festive make-believe and will not be a perfect photograph of your room. Every video is checked by a person before it is sent.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 or over and the parent, guardian or carer of the children named (or have their permission). The service is for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Your photos and details

• Only upload photos you took or have the right to use. No people may appear in the room photo.
• Don't include surnames, addresses or anything you wouldn't want a stranger to see.
• We may refuse or refund an order whose photos or text are inappropriate, unlawful, or show other people.
• You give us permission to use your photos and details only to make and deliver your video. We won't use them for marketing or to train AI without your separate, explicit permission (see our privacy policy).

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT [if registered — verify]. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. The price is the one shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

We aim to email your video within 48 hours (12 hours for express) of payment. Orders close at 11:59pm on 20 December (UK time) [confirm]. If we can't deliver on time we'll tell you and you may choose a full refund. Download links work for 14 days; please save a copy — we delete everything 30 days after delivery.

7. Cancelling and refunds

Your video is personalised digital content made to your specification. At checkout you tick to confirm: “I want my video made straight away and understand I lose my 14-day cancellation right once it's delivered.” That is your express request and acknowledgement under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Until your video is delivered you can cancel for a full refund by emailing us; once it's delivered the cancellation right ends (our happiness promise below still applies).

Our happiness promise: if you're not happy with your video, tell us within [14] days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

8. Your video

Once delivered, you may keep, download and share your video for personal use. You may not sell it or use it to suggest it is a real recording of a real person. The Santa character, voice and design remain ours or our licensors'.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price you paid.

11. Complaints and law

Please contact us first and we'll do our best to put things right. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland; you can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If you live in Ireland you also keep the protection of Irish consumer law.
